Architecture History & Theory
Studying architecture history and theory is a fascinating journey that allows me to explore the evolution of built environments, understand the cultural and social contexts that shape architectural styles, and analyze the theoretical underpinnings of design.
Project 1:Analysis Report
As a group project of 10 individuals, we were assigned to do research about the iconic buildings of Malaysia. We choose The Parliament Building of Malaysia as our topic because it represent the most solemn and sacred place in Malaysia.
The group work was difficult at first because none of us had ever done a report like this before, but as we learned more and more about it, we divided up the work and we all worked together to complete the report.
Other than the A4 booklet, we were also assigned to present our informations founded using an A1 sized poster and a functioning augmented reality infographic accessed from the poster.
Project 2: Sketching Analysis

Reflection
Through this class this semester, I have truly felt the mysteries of ancient architecture. Time can erase a lot of things, such as our memories, books, but standing ancient architecture is time can not be erased. Ancient architecture represents an era, represents the evolution of the long history of mankind, although the ancient buildings can not speak, but he stood there has told the whole era. Ancient architecture is the proof of people's construction technology, the style of the thousands of variations created a lot of classic can not be reproduced.
